14 1/2 oz reduced-sodium chicken broth
10 oz cooked frozen corn kernels
1 cup onion(s)
1/2 cup sweet red pepper(s)
1/8 tsp Durkee Pepper, Black Ground
12 oz fat-free evaporated milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
In medium saucepan combine broth corn, chopped onion, sweet pepper, and black pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 5 mintues or until onion is tender.
In small bowl stir togther evaporated milk and flour. Stir into broth mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
