Swiss Steak

2 lb. cube steak
1 sliced green pepper
1 sliced onion
1 bud garlic or garlic salt
1 sm. can tomatoes, squashed
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Flour and brown cube steak in a small amount of oil. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over steak. Simmer for 1 hour.
