3 lbs pork loin
2 lbs red potatoes
1 cup carrots
98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 envelop onion soup mix
Cut up red potatoes and carrots, place in Crock Pot. Place pork loin on top of vegetables. Mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and 1/2 can of water. Pour over pork. Cook all day (approx. 9 hrs) on low.
