Pail of Bran Muffins

3 cups All bran cereal

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

2 1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup egg substitute

2 cups buttermilk


Pour Hot water over cereal: let stand. Mix together remaining ingredients then add cereal. Spray muffin tins w Pam. Fill bake @ 440 for 15-20 minutes. Batter will last up to 3 weeks in fridge.
