Cranberry Basmati Rice

1/2 cup uncooked basmati rice

1/2 cup Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries

2 serving Bombay Saffron Rice Spice

1/2 tsp olive oil



Heat oil and saute cranberries. Mix in seasoning and cook until spices release flavor. Add rice and water. Bring to a boil and stir so that rice does not stich to bottom. Turn heat down to low and cover. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
